At Ruby Pine, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or color preferences.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Addresses
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned, reshipping costs may apply.
